When the conversation came up about creating a capsule, Andrew was surprised to learn that the slate was clean; he could create and curate anything he wanted for the collection. Drawing inspiration from a 2012 team trip to Argentina, it was during that visit, while buying gifts for friends and family, that Andrew stumbled upon his new favorite belt.
Using this accessory as the starting point for his capsule, Andrew layered in a wallet, key chain, backpack, beanie, hat, custom belt, watch, a Nixon x Altamont hoodie, and guitar strap to complete the collection. Our friends at Fender got wind of the Boss’ new capsule and wanted to create something special for him as well. The result was a one-of-a-kind telecaster, complete with custom graphics from the Nixon x Andrew Reynolds collection.
Inspired by life on the road, his travels, appreciating these experiences and that each new day is a gift, the Nixon x Andrew Reynolds capsule represents the Boss’ daily arsenal. “To do a collection with Nixon is amazing,” said Andrew. “This is the stuff I use. When I’m on a trip, this is all I need.”

Nixon is proud to welcome German street skater Alex Mizurov to the Nixon Team.
Born in Kazakhstan, Alex was previously on the Nixon flow program for several years. During that time, he made a very strong impression on the Nixon pro team riders whenever he joined them on skate jaunts around Europe.
The 25-year-old’s outstanding technical ability and clinical skate style, coupled with his good-humored nature and determined attitude to getting the job done, made it almost too easy for the rest of the Nixon team to rubber-stamp his promotion to the pro ranks.
If anything, Alex’s new status is overdue recognition for one of Europe’s most promising talents, who first burst on to the international skate scene as a teenager in 2006 when he went toe-to-toe with legendary US skater Chris Cole before winning eS Game of SKATE at ASR.
Since those early days, the recently married regular-foot skater has continued to refine his skills and grow his devastating arsenal of tricks. Consistently recognized as Germany’s top skater, the 2013 German Champion is a veritable trick machine who performs when it matters most, not only in contests but also when shooting stills and filming parts.
„I’m hyped to join the pro team,” said Alex. „It’s been an honor to be part of the Nixon family for as long as I have been. The guys have always welcomed me with open arms, and I’m excited to join them as a fellow pro on the team and skate with them all a whole bunch more. Psyched to step up!”

Nixon is proud to present another sweet escape of its skateboarding team, following the great success of the first edition of the “Happy F*KNG Trip” last year.
Once more, 6 Nixon’s European riders took off to hit the road together – the destination was no other that the beautiful island of Sicily deep down south in the Italian peninsula.
Consisting of the usual suspects Alain Goikoetxea, JB Gillet, Alex Mizurov, Antony Lopez and Javier Sarmiento, joined by the HFT German rookie Denny Pham, the group found out quickly that Sicily has got much more to offer than “just” a stunning landscape and fantastic pizzas. In between the Volcano of Etna and picturesque beaches, they found what can be described as the El Dorado of any skateboarder: an uncountable variety of unexplored street spots, friendly locals, quite indifferent policemen and plenty of possibilities to test the newest technical trickery. Topped off with a summer that never seems to end, this mission meant nothing but good times.

Nixon “Happy F*KNG Trip” to projekt z jesieni 2012, przez 10 dni grupa wybranych zawodników: Chris Pfanner, Javier Sarmiento, JB Gillet, Alain Goikoetxea, Alex Mizurov i Antony Lopez wybrali się na wycieczkę na północ Hiszpanii i na południowe rejony Francji. Miasta jakie odwiedzili to min. Bilbao, Barcelona i Lyon plus wiele miejscówek poza wyznaczoną trasą. Podobnie jak w innych eventach, które organizuje Nixon takich jak Nixon Surf Challenge czy Nixon Jibfest, głównym celem “Happy F*KNG Trip” była dobra zabawa, relax i fun ze wspólnej jazdy.
